Why do you love playing hurling? I love the mix of speed & skills involved, there is no sport like it!

Who is your favourite hurler and why? My favourite hurler is Tommy Walsh from Kilkenny who is retired now. He was extremely intelligent & honest on the pitch and excelled on the big day.

Best advice you ever got from a coach? Never over analyse and always look to the next game.

Away from hurling what’s your favourite way to relax? I like going to the cinema & coffee with friends.

Three items you always have in your fridge? Milk, yogurt and eggs!
